1. Scope of Delivery

We ship throughout Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).
If you'd like international shipping, please contact our team before purchasing.

2. Delivery Times

  • to the entire territory of Spain: between 3 and 7 working days (depending on customs).

Delivery times are calculated from the date of payment confirmation.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout, based on the destination and weight of the order.

  • For orders over [20 Euros] , shipping will be free .

4. Transportation Company

We work with reputable courier companies to ensure fast and secure deliveries. Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

5. Receipt of the Order

The customer must check the condition of the package upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the shipping company's delivery note and reported to our store within 24 hours .

6. Incorrect Address or Absence of the Client

If the delivery address is incorrect or the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the shipping company will attempt to reschedule the delivery or contact the customer.
In the event of a return due to an incorrect address or repeated absence, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. Delivery Delays

Although we meet the stated deadlines, delays may occur due to external causes (strikes, weather conditions, customs, etc.). In these cases, we will not be responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will do everything possible to resolve the incident.
